Do treat every colleague and staff member with due respect. Under no circumstances may you assume that you can behave in a discriminatory manner until your counterpart asks you to stop. Your colleague does not need to first explicitly or implicitly reject or disapprove sexually harassing behavior. Nobody is allowed to start it in the first place.
